RETURN POLICY:

 

Urkhashop gives you free return inside Bangladesh & outside Bangladesh customers will pay the return charge. But if the reason for the return is reasonable, then Urkhashop will bear the cost of returning the product whose amount will be deducted from the vendor’s amount. After the fulfillment orders process, Urkhashop offers 48 hours return policy based on RETURN REASONS. 

* Size: If an item is the too small or too large or wrong item

* Defect: If the item is defective/damaged upon delivery.

* Item Mismatch: If the item does not match with the description or mistakenly got a different item.

***Please read the following Conditions for RETURN***

  • Item must be in new condition and undamaged.
  • Item should be in its original packaging, with all accessories intact (including warranty cards/manuals/certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.)

·         Must have necessary papers – Invoice number/Money Receipt etc.

RETURN PROCESS:

Please share the order number, Product title & product details that you want to return with valid reasons.

2. Urkhashop will do the necessary arrangement for recovery or share the necessary information’s to send the item back.

3. Once returns back the item, we will conduct a quality check of that. If a return is invalid then we will notify you and send the items back to you (customer).

4. After this check, we will proceed with the refund or necessary action.

5. After 48 hours of product collection, no return request will be accepted.

REFUNDS:

 

1. The refund will be handled after a completed assessment of your return.

2. A successful refund will take a maximum of 30 days.
